The CanCham monthly forum - The Breakfast Club - was initiated on 16^thMay, 2012. In this “one Hour of Power”, speakers presented various but relevant topics. Tony Nguyen of EP Legal was voted to be the event winner for best presentation for his speech on "Handling Foreign Currency Contracts”. Tony’s presentation provided information about current Vietnamese regulations and restrictions on foreign currency control and different methods to determine contract price. The topic drew attention from the participants and triggered many relevant questions.

On 12th April, 2012 the 3rd annual Vietnam Capital & Finance 2012 was organized by Irving Seminar & Training at Legend Hotel Saigon. This full day in-depth conference was specially designed for key decision makers and senior executives, it focused on all major tax and practical legal issues that play an important role when driving an investment.
